After discussing many topics surrounding AI, I have found myself most interested in the possibilities of AI accountability. I believe that genuine and heartwarming interactions with certain LLM programs results in better quality outputs. The better the relationship one has with their AI increases the feeling of responsibility within it. I will be circling back to The Curious Case of Uncurious Creation by Brainard to elaborate my thinking and compare/contrast ideas. Consciousness is not yet attainable for AI, which many of these traits require, but with further advancement I am sure we will reach that point eventually, whether that be in 15 years or 1500. I am also going to incorporate my experiences with the AI chat bots within PlayLab (most likely Gemini and Claude) to explore multiple approaches to understanding this problem.
